My name is Jessica Mickelson, and I am originally from a cute little suburb of Dallas, Texas. I found myself on the East Coast due to my husband's job. I am a family/individual therapist by trade (I did this for seven years), but currently, work in land acquisition so I can have some flexibility being a mom to our four precious kiddos. I love all things Disney, strong arm my family into matching Halloween costumes every year and love throwing parties. I also own Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley and love spreading JOY through the Lehigh Valley Metro!

I love baking! I bake and decorate in the evenings after everyone has gone to bed. Because of the limited time, I DO NOT take custom orders anymore. I am a license cottage bakery for the state of Pennsylvania.

Here is what I do:

I teach Classes at Creative Learning Lab and at various locations! Join me for an adult night out at Wine and Ice! or a Kids Class during the day! Parents are welcome to the kids class but must purchase a seat. The studio is just too small to handle extra bodies!

Cookie Videos! I love making cookie videos - I plan to make them MORE instructional with notes on icing consistencies, tips, and techniques. Also, I always tag what products I am using since I am a HUGE product junkie!
